Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment unveiled its four services on the new website: Tawteen, Tamkeen, Tayseer and Tahseen, through which it aims to be in a better position to help in offering a multitude of recruitment options and programs, so as to both help job seekers find the right job and contribute to the Saudization of the labor market.
Through Tawteen, Bab Rizq Jameel is striving to provide companies with qualified human resources to help them implement ministerial decisions on the Saudization of jobs. Tamkeen is aimed at supporting university students and enabling them to join the labor market. Tayseer was designed to enable young people gain experience in various domains by investing their time and increasing their income. Tahseen is intended to create temporary and seasonal job opportunities for young people to help them earn additional income.
Speaking on the occasion, Rola Basamad, Senior General Manager of Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment, said: “We have introduced a host of new services to help young people in Saudi Arabia. Since its inception, Bab Rizq Jameel Recruitment created about 290,000 job opportunities for Saudi Arabian young men and women in more than 110 cities in the country, in collaboration with many public and private entities. In 2017, the company helped provide 51,449 jobs in Saudi Arabia, through programs covering many business sectors.
