Community Jameel Saudi, a leading philanthropic foundation that seeks to contribute to the national economic, social, environmental, and technological prosperity, has participated in the 23rd Career Forum at Effat University. The forum was held under the theme: “Job Opportunities from Earth to Space” on the 4th and 5th of March. It was held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness, Princess Lulwa Al-Faisal, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and General Supervisor of Effat University. The forum introduced new graduates to the labor market, highlighted promising opportunities, and showcased sectors experiencing significant growth and demand in Saudi Arabia.

Community Jameel Saudi participated in the forum through multiple activities, all of which aligned with its most critical areas of development: Competencies development and Empowering entrepreneurs. This came in the form of evaluating the participating students’ projects by the organization’s experts. Moreover, the foundation showcased Bab Rizq Jameel Company’s initiatives and services for job seekers through a dedicated booth, covering areas such as direct employment, training ending with employment programs, or other innovative business models designed to suit the graduates’ evolving requirements.

Dr. May Taibah, a member of the Board of Trustees of Community Jameel Saudi Foundation, said: “Community Jameel Saudi participation in the 23rd Career forum aligns with its commitment to empowering youth and creating income opportunities for community members. The foundation’s strategy aims to enable individuals to independently establish sustainable sources of income, instead of relying on external, temporary handouts”.

The forum hosted several promising entrepreneurial ventures that could benefit from Community Jameel Saudi and Bab Rizq Jameel’s services in venture building and launch. Additionally, the forum agenda included workshops and training courses offered by industry experts focused on professional and skills development.
